I attended the 10/1/2025 meeting in Stella where DNR, EPA and DHS staff gave presentations and answered questions from the approximately 120 attendees. A few of the questions were not addressed to my satisfaction and I am expanding on the comments by DNR personnel regarding funding.

A very similar situation was discovered in 2013 in the Rhine

not deal well with text in multiple columns.

Similarities in the PFAS chemistry and levels in the soil make the German research particularly relevant to Oneida County.
I have made a couple of requests for permission to duplicate their info in English and have hot yet received a response, but it's open source on government websites so I am hoping they won't care.
The Rhinelander mill has passed through the hands of multiple owners over its history. If you want to wade into the chemistry of the products used in coated paper some of the relevant publications are discussed here.
